By Epics we mean large projects that entail many people over a long time. Stories are mini-projects to complete within an Epic. Tasks – the day-to-day actions we should do to complete a Story. We put them together to deliver a valuable product.
The next step is the development itself. It includes planning, organizing, and coordinating our resources to achieve the final goal.
This phase includes a whole group of activities designated to investigate and examine the progress of a given project, provide you with information about actual levels of performance and measure the overall quality of the project. Everything to make sure the result is stunning.
