The client came to Utah Tech Labs with the goal of developing a cutting-edge data gathering system specifically for outlying and rural medical facilities. The goal of this system was to make it possible for medical records to be kept on cloud servers, where they could be viewed and assessed by remote specialists in medicine. Reliability in data transmission and storage, flexibility in design, variety of connectivity options, affordability, and ease of use were the main requirements for this project. Providing a comprehensive solution that satisfied these requirements was the aim.
The development of a system employing a multichannel electrocardiogram (ECG) was suggested by our team of experts. One of the unique features that this system can provide is continuous, real-time, and unobtrusive monitoring of a user's physiological indicators. This monitoring method is useful for learning about a person's performance and overall health. Numerous stable electrophysiological signals that can be continuously recorded are made available by the system. As a result, a thorough Data Acquisition system was created for the medical electronics project of the client. Data can be stored using this system on Secure Digital (SD) and MultiMediaCard (MMC) cards as well as in the cloud".
